If you are a banter, you know that breakfast is most probably one of the hardest meals to tackle when it comes to ideas lol. Unless you are super creative in the kitchen ofcourse then we take our hats off to you 🙂 I have always suffered from low iron and I am always craving salt, so this recipe just seems to do it for me. Well, it is eggs so it is nothing out of this world but it really helps to switch things up a bit now and again with some variety. These spinach and feta omelettes are really quick and easy to make especially since time seems to be such a rare commodity like always!!
To make these you will need the following ingredients:
- 1Tsp of Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1Tbl of Fresh Cream
- 3Tbl Chopped Spinach
- 2Tbl Feta Cheese
- Himalyan Salt
- Black Pepper
Method:
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Beat the egg and the fresh cream together and then add to the pan.
- Once the egg is semi-done, add the spinach, feta cheese and season to taste.
- Now flip over the one half of the egg to form an omelette.
- Enjoy with some fresh salad to compliment your meal.
